Who I Am

Hi, I’m Lindsey—Doctor of Physical Therapy, fitness coach, and the woman who has spent over a decade figuring out exactly what that missing piece is.

From a young age, I was drawn to movement. Dance, yoga, whatever workout video I could get my hands on—I was obsessed. Not because I was chasing a body. Because movement made me feel like me. Fully alive. Fully myself.

That love turned into a calling. I went straight from undergrad into my Doctorate in Physical Therapy program, graduated at the top of my class, became a coach, and dedicated my life to understanding the human body from the inside out—the biomechanics, the science, all of it.

I was doing everything right.

And somehow, none of it was enough.


The Turning Point

Because somewhere in the middle of building the credentials and chasing the milestones, I lost the thread back to myself.

Then life piled on—a breakup, a heartbreak, a job loss, all within two years. The movement I had always loved became punishment. A way to control the outside world when everything inside felt like chaos.

I was grinding and fixing and shrinking, outsourcing my confidence to anyone willing to give it to me.

But even then—even at my lowest—something in me knew. Knew I deserved more. That knowing never fully went away.

So I made a decision to act like it.

I stopped waiting to feel like the woman I wanted to be and started moving like her. Not faking it—acting from the truest, most grounded part of myself. The part that had always known her worth, even when everything else drowned it out.

The action fed the identity. The identity gave the action direction. And each one built the other until there was no gap left between who I was and how I was living.

That's when everything clicked into place.


What Changed

The strong, feminine body I had always wanted showed up when I stopped punishing myself into it. The relationship I had always hoped for found me when I stopped needing validation to feel whole. And the confidence I had been handing to everyone else? I took it back. For good.

That transformation is the foundation of everything I do with my clients.

I bring together the science of how your body actually works and the deeper, realer question of how you feel inside it. Because you can have the perfect program and still feel completely hollow. I've seen it. I've lived it.
